The prosecutor of Lille (northern France) presents the first reports on the car colliding with a police vehicle on Sunday in northern France, killing three young Police Rescue officials. At the press conference Carole Etienne informed that the driver, now deceased, had a "blood alcohol level of 2.08 grams" and was also "cannabis positive".
