"It’s a way of life to know how to party, to be free" says Régis, a festival-goer from Belgium, who came to Teknival to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the illegal festival, which took place in the Indre region of central France. While the last party-goers are gradually leaving the festival site, the mayor of Villegongis the local town, the medical staff and the owner of the festival field believe that the event ran relatively smoothly, without any serious incident.
