People in Kyiv react to the situation in Russia's Belgorod region, as Moscow says that its armed forces have beaten back a group of Ukrainian militants who had penetrated their territory. Freedom of Russia Legion has claimed the incursion as the Russian government has declared an "anti-terror regime" and evacuated nine border villages in the region.
