Led by Congolese opposition leaders, demonstrators in Kinshasa are prevented by the police from marching to the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI). The opposition had planned to demonstrate against the "electoral chaos" that they believe is looming in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
