Description
This revolutionary tipple made from just two ingredients, powder and water, is likely to change the way people drink beer, according to the owner of the Neuzelle brewery Stefan Fritsche. "Everyone can have their own home brewery" with his new invention, he tells AFP, at the premises near the border with Poland. This powdered format is above all cheaper and more sustainable, according to Fritsche. With its golden hue, bittersweet notes and frothy head, this latest brew which looks and tastes like any other beer, is non-alcoholic and has no bubbles. But the brewer is also developing an alcoholic version and eventually planning to add bubbles to make it even more beer-like. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
