Everything that surrounds you and that you don't necessarily see": in Fabrice Desjours' forest garden developer, president of the association "La Forêt Gourmande" near Chalon-sur-Saone, in central-eastern France, more than 1,000 varieties of plant grow over 2.5 hectares.
