Water rises across parts of the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson after a Russian-held dam was damaged, with one resident of the city telling AFP they're moving their belongings to higher ground. Despite Ukrainian reports of some villages being inundated, a Moscow-installed official said Tuesday there was "no threat" of major population centres being flooded. The Kakhovka dam, seized at the start of the Russian offensive in Ukraine, was partially destroyed by "multiple strikes", Moscow-installed authorities claimed.
