Description
Around a hundred French firefighters and rescue workers are setting sail from Marseille in southern France for Quebec to help fight historic fires in Canada. They are leaving for three weeks. "The aim is to get our personnel back before 30 June so that we can dispatch them again" before the summer fire season in France, explains François Pradon, head of the Civil Protection.
