At the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London, Ukraine's deputy infrastructure minister Oleksandra Azarkhina tells a press conference that restoring the country's battered economy is a necessity to keep financing Kyiv's army in its fight against Russia's invasion. "We are paying the salaries [of] our soldiers [with] taxes.... For the taxes, we need [a] working [economy]," Azarkhina says.
