"The international community must unite to support countries that are currently in crisis, and that is an absolute priority for me", US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen says to the press, just before taking part in a summit on global finance in Paris. Asked about the case of Zambia, whose public creditors are trying to restructure its debt, the US minister adds that "talks within the Paris Club have been quite encouraging" and that this is a "good sign" for negotiations with other countries.
