Images show crowd cheering as tanks and various military vehicles start moving in the streets of the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don. Earlier, the governor of the Rostov region said that fighters from the Wagner mercenary group had left the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don with their leader Yevegeny Prigozhin, after they seized control of a key military base there.
