"Tall ships", the modern name for traditionally rigged sailing vessels, arrive in the northern Dutch port of Den Helder. Here they will anchor for a few days for the port city's Marine Days festival, before setting off on the first leg of a race that will ultimately see the fleet end up at Arendal in Norway in early August.
