"The situation is very tragic and disastrous", says a Sudanese woman waiting for electricity to come back at a hospital in Sudan's South Darfur city of Nyala. The hospital's staff is suffering from power cuts and no fuel to feed a malfunctioning generator, making it difficult for them to provide appropriate care for their patients, some of which heavily rely on oxygen to stay alive.
