Description
The sister of one of the sixteen police employees who were kidnapped in Chiapas, southern Mexico, speaks of her brother's relief after being freed, but says he's "not well right now psychologically speaking," following three days in captivity. The police employees had been kidnapped Tuesday while traveling on a stretch of highway that connects the town of Ocozocoautla and the state capital Tuxtla Gutierrez, some 700 kilometers (435 miles) southwest of Mexico City.
