The UN Secretary-General calls on the international community to make Haiti a priority, while on a lightning visit to the Caribbean nation mired in political, economic and security woes. "I call on the international community to come to the aid of populations in need - it's a question of solidarity, but it's also a question of moral justice. The Haitian people have a right to this solidarity", says Antonio Guterres.
