Twelve-year-old Oratile Diloane takes off his beanie revealing a scar on his head sustained when he fell into a pit latrine at a South African school. He was just five when he slipped into a hole full of human waste at his pre-school, and was rescued by a gardener. The injuries he suffered in May 2016, left him severely brain damaged.
