Politicians, royals, and members of the UK's National Health Service attend a ceremony in Westminster Abbey to celebrate 75 years since the public institution's foundation. Dear to the British people, but plunged into a serious crisis, the NHS was the first universal and free health system in the Western world. "The NHS has only lasted this long, because of the millions of steps taken every single day since by those who choose to drive forward the idea of the NHS" says its chief executive Amanda Pritchard, speaking during the service.
