A missile attack on an apartment block in western Ukraine's Lviv killed four people, in what its mayor said was the biggest attack on civilian infrastructure in the city since Russia's invasion of the country began. "There was a second explosion, the ceiling started to fall, my mother was immediately hit, I jumped out. And I was covered in rubble only about knee-deep," says 37-year-old Olya.
