Belarusian President, Alexander Lukashenko, says that global "peace is destroyed, the world order too" as he meets with members of the foreign media at his residence, Independence Palace in Minsk. During the same meeting, the Moscow-allied leader said that Wagner chief, Yevgeny Prigozhin, was not yet in Belarus, as agreed after his failed insurrection last month.
