Ukraine's defence minister says his "dream" has been "realised" after announcing that 11 countries have partnered to train Ukrainian air force personnel to fly and maintain F-16 fighter jets, which Kyiv says are key to beating Russia's invasion. "It was a very famous quote: I have a dream. So my dream (has been) realised, we will have F16 (fighter jets) as a serious part of air defence systems of Ukraine," Oleksiy Reznikov tells journalists at the sidelines of a NATO summit in Vilnius.
