Description
With almost a year to go before the Olympic Games, bathing is once again permitted at Meaux-les-Bains, the only river beach in the Paris region. Closed in 2022 for non-compliance with European health standards, the beach was able to reopen after drastic efforts by the town to ensure that its beach was up to standard. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
