China's foreign ministry says it is dealing with the case of a Chinese-born Australian currently being held in jail in China 'in strict accordance with the law'.
Australian Yang Jun has been in jail since 2019, accused of spying in a closed trial that was heavily criticised by human rights activists. On Monday, friends said he fears dying in prison if he does not receive medical treatment. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
