In Malaysia's Johor State lies Forest City, a vast developmet project launched under China's Belt and Road inititive and co-developed by the embattled Chinese property firm Country Garden.
Moody's further downgraded the credit ratings of Country Garden on Thursday as the heavily indebted firm negotiates with creditors to avoid defaulting on a bond repayment. On Wednesday the company reported a record loss and warned it was struggling to stay in business. IMAGES of the Forest City development project in Malaysia, co-developed by Country Garden
