French filmmaker Michel Hazanavicius is helping Ukrainians rebuild Irpin with funds he raised for the reconstruction of an apartment block that was left in ruins following the Russian offensive operations on the city. The building contains 120 flats that can accommodate approximately 500 people. "The inhabitants had already collected money, the mayor of the town, the governor of the Kiev region...
