With "Belgian Beer World", Belgian beer now has its own dedicated museum right in the centre of Brussels. With its interactive activities and tasting area, their aim is to become a must-see stop for tourists. "All the beer drinkers, if they wish to have a good understanding about the whole process, about the history of the beer, it's definitely a place for them to visit," says Su, visiting from Singapore. Belgian beer was added to UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2016. The newly-opened museum is set within the 19th-century walls of the converted Brussels Stock Exchange building.
