The Russian-installed electoral commission in the annexed eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk counts ballots for local elections at a polling station as fighting between Russia and Ukraine rages nearby. Russia's Central Elections Commission claimed on Sunday that the United Russia party, which staunchly backs President Vladimir Putin, was leading local ballots in the four Ukrainian regions partly controlled by Russia.
