Description
Publishing a new report on oceans, global NGO Greenpeace urges the governments to ratify the treaty on oceans next at the United Nations general Assembly, six months after state members agreed on the first international treaty to protect the high seas.
Greenpeace campaigner Chris Thorne says "it's just absolutely imperative that people are pressuring their governments and encouraging them to see this treaty process through by ratifying it as quickly as possible", on board of the "Arctic Sunrise" in Long Beach, California. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
