Beijing says on Thursday that 'an all-weather strategic partnership' and 'substantial results' have been achieved between China and Venezuela during Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro's visit.
"We signed dozens of cooperation agreements, jointly reaching consensus in various fields including the economy and trade, culture, tourism, aerospace, civil aviation, science and technology and the media," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning during a regular presser.
