Tourists arrive at the Baikonur cosmodrome, a Russian-leased space launchsite in southern Kazakhstan, to watch three ISS mission members depart on a manned voyage. With ties between Russia and the West in decline over Moscow's offensive in Ukraine, the number of foreign tourists has dropped, with the gap being filled increasingly by well-off Russians.
