The Chief Rabbi of Kyiv and Ukraine Yaakov Dov Bleich writes in a new Torah scroll in memory of fallen Ukrainian soldiers at a Kyiv synagogue. The Torah introduction ceremony is accompanied by procession, prayer and celebration.
