Serving tea to fellow displaced Azerbaijanis on her porch in Tartar, near Nargono-Karabakh, Nazakat Valiyeva remembers a time when Armenians and Azerbaijanis lived "side by side". Having fled years of fighting between Azerbaijani and Armenian forces in Nagorno-Karabakh, displaced Azerbaijanis welcome Baku's gains in the mountainous region.
