Azerbaijanis interviewed in the capital Baku say they want Armenians fleeing Nagorno-Karabakh to stay -- but only if they respect Azerbaijan's rules and constitution. A woman from Lachin, where there is a corridor between Armenia and Azerbaijan, says her parents were forced to flee in the first war between Azerbaijan and Armenia in 1992-1993. "They left on foot... at least the Armenians could take their belongings" she says.
