Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba says the Kremlin is funnelling resources towards the creation of division among Kyiv's allies and urges them to "not play along with them". Speaking at a meeting of European Union foreign ministers in Kyiv, the first gathering of its kind outside the bloc's borders, Kuleba says "Putin's greatest expectation is precisely that the West and the world will tire of standing on the side of Ukraine in this war". The meeting comes amid growing disagreements between some EU members over support for Kyiv as its counteroffensive makes slow progress. SOUNDBITE
