Guatemala's President-elect Bernardo Arevalo meets with judges of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, the country's top elections court, to once again denounce an alleged coup attempt by top prosecutors whom Arevalo and his supporters accuse of trying to block him from taking office next January. Angry protesters are blocking roads throughout the country to demand the resignation of prosecutors including Rafael Curruchiche, who recently sent security forces to seize boxes of voting records from this year's presidential election, won by surprise by 64-year-old Arevalo.
