Proyecto Sirena is an environmental project that seeks to help clean up Lake Maracaibo with 'sponge' devices that absorb oil using human and animal hair as a resource. A hair collection day was organized in Caracas which hundreds of people and several dogs attended, resulting in the collection of dozens of kilos of hair. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
