The co-chair of Nobel Prize-winning Memorial group, Oleg Orlov, says he will appeal an "illegal" and "unjust" verdict, after a court in Moscow fined him for "discrediting" the Russian army. Orlov adds that his sentence is "infinitely milder than sentences handed down to many other people" on similar charges. SOUNDBITE
