Neighbours inspect the rubble of a house hit by an Israeli air strike in the city of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, which killed all its residents - the seven members of the Zanoun family. Israel pressed with preparations for a ground offensive in Gaza, after giving Palestinians a little more time flee northern areas it has vowed to target in response to the deadliest attack in its history.
