French President Emmanuel Macron tells a press conference in Tirana, Albania, where he is attending the 9th summit of the Berlin Process, that he will travel to the Middle East when there is a "useful agenda and very concrete actions to take".
"I will continue the consultations and discussions, but my wish is to be able to go there when we can reach a concrete agreement, either on non-escalation, or on humanitarian issues", he added. SOUNDBITE
