Volunteers at Temple Emanu-El in New York help pack emergency medical supplies donated by the Jewish community for Israel. After calling for donations, the temple received hundreds of packages with tourniquets, baby formula, bleeding control kits and other supplies to help the Israeli troops as well as the affected people of Israel. "Instead of the anxiety, I'm focusing into just what I can control, which is helping and that's given me peace," says Caroline Leventhal, one of the organisers.
