Description
Kenyan President William Ruto and his Angolan counterpart Joao Lourenco call on the M23 rebels to join a cantonment (a military garrison or camp away from the public) in order to move forward towards achieving peace in the Eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). "Jointly we have made good progress but we have become stagnant on one item; we need to have the M23 cantonment carried out" says Angolan President, Joao Lourenco.
