Thousands of people, including victims' families, survivors and activists, hold a mass commemoration in Seoul to mark the first anniversary of the deadly crush that killed nearly 160 people during Halloween festivities last year. "We did not want to become bereaved families. We should not have become bereaved families," says the father of a victim of the Itaewon tragedy, speaking on a podium.
