At a service station near Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport, motorists charge up electric vehicles at "ultra-fast" power points in less than 20 minutes, taking advantage of a rich network across the Netherlands. But with rising electricity costs and many of the tax breaks for EVs disappearing in 2025, some people are left wondering whether driving an electric vehicle is advantageous in the long term.
