Description
Heavy rain and strong winds in the port of Dover as Storm Ciaran hits southern England. Ferry services from the port have been cancelled until further notice, disrupting a key crossing between England and France. Storm Ciaran comes less than two weeks after Storm Babet caused severe flooding and high winds in the UK, killing five people. IMAGES
