Red balloons are placed by the 'Red Balloon Campaign' with photos of people taken hostage by Hamas in the October 7 attacks that left 1,400 people dead. More than 240 people were kidnapped according to Israeli officials. "Together we are calling the entire world to aid Red Balloons to say 'no' to terror and to join us by calling to bring back the hostages," says one of the leaders of the campaign Shay Taubes.
