Description
Strong winds and rain lash the Netherlands as Storm Ciaran hits Western Europe. The country's weather office issued a Code Orange alert, but by late afternoon on Thursday, November 2, no major damage had been reported. One man however was killed in the Dutch town of Venray by a falling tree. IMAGES
