"We eat, drink, spend our time, and sleep, all right here," explains Mohamed Ghanem El Astal, a university professor sitting in his stuffed car trunk, which is now turned into a mobile home for him. Some displaced Palestinians are currently living in their cars in Khan Yunis, in southern Gaza, after they fled the bombing in the northern part of the strip and couldn't find a shelter in the overcrowded schools.
