People gather in a south Beirut suburb to participate in the funeral of Hezbollah member Qassem Ibrahim Abu Taam, who was killed in southern Lebanon in cross-border fire with Israeli troops. The border area between Israel and southern Lebanon has seen regular exchanges of fire, in particular between Iran-backed group Hezbollah and Israel, since the start of the Israel-Hamas war triggered by the Palestinian group's October 7 attacks.
