German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Vice-Chancellor Robert Habeck attend the inauguration of a strategic plant in Berlin intended to help decarbonise the EU's heavy industry: it will manufacture electrolyser modules, key components in the production of low-carbon hydrogen.
