Catalonia's exiled former leader and MEP Carles Puigdemont details the agreement signed with the Spanish socialist party, enabling Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez to remain in power. Speaking in Brussels, Puigdemont says "the agreement contains the Amnesty Law...not to leave out anyone who has suffered persecution" for contributing to Catalan independence efforts.
