The children of the Beeri kibbutz, devastated by a Hamas attack on October 7, are returning to school after being evacuated into Ein Bokek on the Dead Sea. "It's not a regular school. Even teachers are deeply traumatised," says Lotan, a secondary school student. The kibbutz, a community based on collective living, had 1,200 people.
